These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from BlueWaterCell, operated by OB ZEMI EUROPE LIMITED. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

BlueWaterCell develops and supplies independently manufactured replacement electrolytic cells designed for verified compatibility with selected residential and commercial swimming pool salt chlorination systems.

Our products are independently developed replacement electrolytic cells. References to third-party brands and model names are used solely for compatibility identification. BlueWaterCell does not manufacture, repair, diagnose, inspect or guarantee third-party chlorinators, controllers, power supplies, sensors, pumps, automation systems, plumbing or other third-party equipment.

Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that the selected replacement electrolytic cell is compatible with their chlorination system. Incorrect product selection or compatibility issues do not constitute a product defect or warranty claim.

If you are unsure, please contact our technical support before ordering. We will be happy to help verify compatibility.

Professional Installation

Products should always be installed according to the manufacturer's recommendations and applicable technical standards.

Installation should be performed by a qualified pool professional or technically competent installer, particularly for commercial or more complex installations.

BlueWaterCell is not responsible for damage or malfunction caused by incorrect installation, incorrect electrical connection, reversed polarity, unsuitable operating settings or unauthorized modifications.

Water Chemistry and Operating Conditions

The performance and service life of replacement electrolytic cells depend on proper water chemistry and correct operating conditions.

BlueWaterCell accepts no responsibility for failures resulting from:

Incorrect salinity levels
Improper pH balance
Water chemistry imbalance
Calcium build-up or scaling
Improper maintenance
Chemical damage
Improper cleaning methods
Electrical faults or unstable power supply
Faulty chlorinator systems or components

Warranty

All BlueWaterCell replacement electrolytic cells are covered by a 24-month warranty or a minimum of 5,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects occurring under normal operating conditions.

The warranty does not cover failures caused by incorrect installation, improper maintenance, unsuitable water chemistry, electrical faults, compatibility issues resulting from incorrect product selection, unauthorized modifications or operation outside the intended product specifications.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, please contact us before sending any goods. We will provide the correct return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Pricing and Availability

We reserve the right to change prices, product specifications, availability or discontinue products without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlueWaterCell shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business
Pool downtime
Labour or technician costs
Installation or removal costs
Chemical or water loss
Damage to chlorination systems or other third-party equipment
Damage caused by third-party products or services

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of BlueWaterCell shall be limited to the original purchase price of the product concerned.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of the customer's country of residence.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's country of residence.
