At BlueWaterCell Europe, we aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly and reliably as possible across the European Union.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship orders using:

  • DPD Home Delivery – delivery to your address
  • DPD Pickup Point – collection from a selected pickup location (available in selected countries)

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Czech Republic: 1–3 business days
  • Slovakia: 1–3 business days
  • Germany: 2–4 business days
  • Austria: 2–4 business days
  • Poland: 2–4 business days
  • Hungary: 2–5 business days
  • Other EU countries: estimated delivery time shown at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier capacity, holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures (where applicable), or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected destination country and shipping method.

Free shipping may apply above the minimum order threshold displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email whenever available.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged during transport, or appears lost, please contact us at info@bluewatercell.eu. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. BlueWaterCell Europe cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
