Below you will find a summary of our warranty coverage and warranty claim procedure.

WARRANTY PERIOD

All BlueWaterCell replacement electrolytic cells are covered by a 24-month warranty or a minimum of 5,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.

The same warranty applies to both private customers (B2C) and business customers (B2B).

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects occurring under normal operating conditions.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

The warranty generally covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Unexpected product failure during normal operation

Products are designed for use under the recommended operating conditions of compatible swimming pool salt chlorination systems.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

The warranty does not cover failures resulting from:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Improper water chemistry
  • Incorrect salinity levels
  • Improper maintenance
  • Calcium build-up or scaling
  • Chemical damage
  • Improper cleaning methods
  • Electrical faults or unstable power supply
  • Physical damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Operation outside the intended product specifications
  • Incorrect product selection or compatibility issues

Incorrect water chemistry, excessive calcium deposits or unsuitable operating conditions may significantly reduce the service life of an electrolytic cell and are not considered manufacturing defects.

If you experience a problem with your BlueWaterCell replacement electrolytic cell, please contact our customer support team before returning any goods.

To help us process your request quickly, we may ask for:

  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and installation
