Below you will find basic information regarding warranty coverage, returns and claims.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Products purchased by private customers include a 24-month warranty, unless stated otherwise.
For business customers (B2B), the warranty period is 12 months, unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and product faults under normal operating conditions.
WHAT IS COVERED BY WARRANTY?
Warranty generally covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Unexpected product failure under normal use
Products are designed for use according to the recommended operating conditions of compatible pool systems.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY?
Warranty does not typically cover issues caused by:
- Incorrect installation
- Improper water chemistry
- Incorrect salinity levels
- Improper maintenance
- Physical damage
- Unauthorized modifications
- Use outside recommended operating conditions
Improper water chemistry or incorrect salinity may significantly reduce electrolytic cell lifespan.
RETURNS
If the replacement cell is not compatible or does not fit your system, the product may be returned.
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original condition
Products showing signs of installation, use or physical damage may not be eligible for return.
Please contact us before sending any return shipment.
HOW TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM
If a product becomes faulty, please contact us and briefly describe the issue.
To help speed up the process, we may ask for:

- Product details
- Description of the issue
- Photos if relevant
