At BlueWaterCell, we aim to keep ordering simple, transparent and reliable.

All orders are dispatched from our European Logistics Centre in Brno, Czech Republic.

We maintain 100+ pieces in stock for every replacement cell model currently offered, allowing us to dispatch most orders on the next business day.

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched on the next business day after successful payment confirmation.

We currently ship throughout Europe using DPD delivery services.

  • Home or business address delivery
  • DPD Pickup Point or Parcel Locker (where available)

Available delivery methods depend on the destination country and local DPD services.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Czech Republic: 1–3 business days
  • Slovakia: 1–3 business days
  • Germany: 2–4 business days
  • Austria: 2–4 business days
  • Poland: 2–4 business days
  • Hungary: 2–5 business days
  • Other EU countries: estimated delivery time shown during checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier capacity, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging

Each electrolytic cell is carefully protected before dispatch.

  • Cell sealed in a protective plastic bag
  • Additional protective cushioning inside the package
  • Strong cardboard shipping box sealed for transport

This packaging minimizes the risk of transport damage throughout Europe.

Handling

Please avoid touching the metallic electrode plates during installation whenever possible. The plates are manufactured with a specialized surface coating required for proper operation and long service life.

Payment

All orders are securely paid online by credit or debit card during checkout.

The invoice is automatically sent by e-mail once the order has been dispatched.

No payment is required upon delivery.

Returns

If you wish to return a product or submit a warranty claim, please contact us before returning any goods.

Our support team will provide the correct return instructions and the appropriate return address.
