At BlueWaterCell Europe, we aim to provide high-quality replacement electrolytic cells and excellent customer service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at info@bluewatercell.eu within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Return Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and not installed
  • Item must not have been exposed to water, pool systems, salt, or pool chemicals
  • Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, technical integrity, and product safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been installed or connected to a pool system
  • Products exposed to water, moisture, salt, or pool chemicals
  • Used, modified, damaged, or incomplete products
  • Products returned without prior approval from customer support

Return Process

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team at info@bluewatercell.eu. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@bluewatercell.eu and include photographs of the issue whenever possible.

Business Customers

Different return conditions may apply to business customers (B2B transactions), depending on the nature of the order and applicable contractual arrangements.
