These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from BlueWaterCell Europe, operated by OB ZEMI EUROPE LTD. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products
BlueWaterCell supplies replacement electrolytic cells intended for use with compatible swimming pool salt chlorination systems.
Our products are replacement parts only. BlueWaterCell Europe does not manufacture, repair, diagnose, inspect, guarantee, or accept responsibility for the customer’s chlorinator system, controller, power supply, electrical system, sensors, pumps, automation system, plumbing system, or any related equipment.
Compatibility Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the selected product is compatible with their chlorination system. Incorrect product selection, incompatible models, or incorrect assumptions regarding compatibility do not constitute a product defect or warranty claim.
Professional Installation
Products should be installed strictly according to manufacturer recommendations and applicable technical standards.
Installation is expected to be performed by a qualified pool professional or technically competent installer, especially for commercial or technical applications.
BlueWaterCell Europe is not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or performance issues caused by improper installation, incorrect electrical connection, incorrect polarity, unsuitable settings, or unauthorized modifications.
Water Chemistry and Operating Conditions
Proper operation and lifespan of replacement electrolytic cells depend on correct water chemistry and operating conditions.
BlueWaterCell Europe accepts no responsibility for issues arising from:
- Incorrect salinity levels
- Improper pH balance
- Water chemistry imbalance
- Calcium build-up or scaling
- Improper maintenance
- Chemical damage
- Improper cleaning methods
- Electrical faults or voltage instability
- Faulty chlorinator systems or components
Warranty
All BlueWaterCell products are covered by a 24-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty applies equally to private consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B).
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects of the replacement electrolytic cell under normal operating conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Reduction in performance resulting from normal use and aging of the electrolytic cell
- Incorrect installation
- Improper maintenance
- Improper water chemistry
- Incorrect salinity levels
- Improper pH balance
- Calcium build-up or scaling
- Chemical damage
- Improper cleaning methods
- Electrical faults or voltage instability
- Compatibility issues resulting from incorrect product selection
- Damage caused by faulty chlorinator systems, controllers, power supplies, sensors, automation systems or other third-party equipment
- Improper handling, misuse or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Operation outside intended product specifications
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase. Incorrect product selection or compatibility issues do not constitute a manufacturing defect and are not covered by warranty.
Warranty evaluation may require supporting evidence, including photographs, proof of purchase, system information, troubleshooting details and information regarding operating conditions.
If a warranty claim is accepted, BlueWaterCell may, at its sole discretion, repair the product, provide a replacement product, or issue a refund corresponding to the original purchase price of the product.
This warranty applies solely to the replacement electrolytic cell supplied by BlueWaterCell Europe and does not extend to any chlorinator system, controller, power supply, pool equipment, installation work, labour costs or consequential damages.
Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueWaterCell Europe shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business
- Pool downtime
- Labour or technician costs
- Installation or removal costs
- Chemical or water loss
- Damage to chlorination systems or pool equipment
- Damage caused by third-party products or services
In all circumstances, the maximum liability of BlueWaterCell Europe shall be limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Products that have been installed, exposed to water, salt, moisture, or pool chemicals are non-returnable.
Pricing and Availability
We reserve the right to change pricing, product specifications, availability, or discontinue products without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable within the European Union and Ireland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
